Great service! Andrew took my call at 7:30pm and came within the hour, figured out the issue and got my heat up back again. Also VERY AFFORDABLE. He offers a 30 day labor service warranty meaning if he fixed something and it still gave a problem, he'll come back to fix for free. Awesome stuff. He knows his stuff and will highly recommend him.
Excellent service. We had multiple technicians review our issue and all were unable to determine what was wrong. Andrew was able to pin point the problem and fix our entire system in just a few hours for a very reasonable price. We will be using GMG from now on!
Incredible service. Honest and reliable. Ended up needing a new upstairs unit....affordable! 2 service guys came and within 6 hours my new unit was up and running. They were clean and the nicest guys. The owner is a sweetheart who is very knowledgeable and honest and very easy to work with. Considering my AC konking out mid July which is the height of their season, this process was quick, easy and painless! Totally recommend!
What a great experience! My boiler stopped working suddenly, I'd turn the heat on and noticed the flame wouldn't start in the boiler, as I have gas heating. There were a few cold nights coming up so I called GMG HVAC Inc. on a Friday and Andrew scheduled me in. He was polite, on time, and came on a Friday evening, all of which I was grateful for, as this was my first experience with this company. Andrew took a look and explained to me with great patience and in detail the reason behind the flame being out. I was very impressed with his knowledge in the field of heating, and he answered all of my questions as he showed me what button to press to reignite and restart the boiler when in windy days the chimney can bring in air that can put out the flame. Upon asking him how much the bill was of what I owed him, he said he wouldn't charge me. Not only was I truly impressed with the exceptional service I received, but also with the quality of professionalism that Andrew represented for his family business. I have already without hesitation recommended GMG HVAC Inc. to my family and co-workers, and myself will gladly use their services again. My heat was out. I called on a Sunday morning, reached Andrew immediately and they were here within an hour. As soon as the parts came in on Monday, GMG was back and everything was fixed. The guys were so nice and the price is totally reasonable would definitely recommend them. Thanks Andrew!
